I serve clients in Phoenix and other valley cities who struggle with shame, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and relationship problems, among other issues. I have considerable experience as a therapist for inpatient mental health treatment programs working not only with anxiety, shame and depression but with severe trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, eating disorders, and addictions and difficulties in relationships. These issues often give rise to problems with anger, codependency, intimacy and connection. In addition, I address issues of loss, whether it is the grief of the loss of a loved one or the loss of careers, finances, health or other significant losses. I provide individual and group therapy, marriage counseling and workshops for people from Phoenix and all over Arizona. My office in the Biltmore/Arcadia district of Phoenix is convenient to communities including Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler.
I have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming.
